Terms of Service
Effective date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the OnlyPrompt application for macOS ("OnlyPrompt"), the OnlyPrompt Remote application for iOS ("OnlyPrompt Remote"), and the website onlyprompt.app (collectively, "Services").

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the Services.
3. In-App Purchases
OnlyPrompt offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., a Pro upgrade) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple's terms. We do not handle payment data directly.
4. YouTube API Services
OnlyPrompt integrates YouTube API Services to display live chat from your YouTube streams. By connecting your YouTube account you additionally agree to:
You may revoke OnlyPrompt's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected networks.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks within the Services are the property of Sebastian Wojtowicz – Mediaworks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
